Description Micro "Mighty-1" Series of large-digit displays feature 1" (25.4 mm) high 7-segment digits and a sealed enclosure designed to withstand harsh industrial environments. The 1" digits are readable at up to 40 feet (12 m), which is 79% further than maximum reading distance of 22 feet (7 m) associated with the 0.56" (14.2 mm) digits found in most 1/8 size digital panel meters and counters. The Mighty-1 is the first large-digit member of the Micro Series, which is available with digits heights of 0.56", 1"and  5" (14.2, 25.4 and 127 mm). All members of the Micro series accept the same analog or digital signal conditioner cards and the same I/O cards for control and data communications. All offer the same advanced software capabilities for demanding measuring and control applications. Micro Series 6-Digit Counters & Timers by Application: Frequency & Rate Meter: Two independent scalable pulse-input channels from 0 Hz to 1 MHz to display frequency, rate, RPM, or flow rate. Up/Down Totalizer (pulse input): Two independent scalable pulse-input channels count up or down to a preset at rates up to 1 MHz. Ideal for turbine flow meters. Scaled rate and total in same instrument. A+B, A-B, A*B, A/B, A/B-1 Draw Meter: Arithmetic functions (+, -, /, x) on dual channels A & B. For example, add or subtract rates from two flow meters for combined scaled flow or volume. Display ratio of flow rates, RPM of rollers, or speed of moving belts. Batch Controller (pulse input): A low-cost controller with up to three relays for repetitive fill operations. Batch Controller (analog input): Same capabilities as pulse-input batch controller, but for 0-1 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V process signals. Digital Stopwatch: Time single-events from 1 µs to 99 hours with a timing resolution to 0.2 µs, or accumulate multiple events to 999,999 hours. Time Interval Meter: Time periodic events from 1 µs to 199.99 s over a programmed gate time up to 199.99 s with a timing resolution to 0.2 µs. Phase Angle Meter: 20 updates per second for low frequencies, such as AC line frequency. A resolution of 1º, 0.1º or 0.01º is user-selectable. Duty Cycle Meter: Displays ON or OFF period as a percentage of total period over a programmed gate time from 10 ms to 199.99 s. Quadrature Meter: Scalable position or rate from quadrature shaft encoder signals. Micro Series 6-Digit Serially-Driven Remote Displays: Serially Driven 6-Digit Remote Display: RS-232 interface for point-to-point communications, or RS-485 for up to 31 addressable displays on same data line. Each remote can provide independent setpoint control and an analog output tied to the display. Micro "Mighty-1" Series Options: Custom curve linearization: For improved accuracy, extended measurement ranges, and special applications. PC-based datalogging: Allows PC to display and log up to 31 meters on one data line, plus 33 virtual meters with combinations of meter readings. Dual setpoint relay option: 8A mechanical relays or opto-isolated solid state relays for control and alarm. Analog output option: 0-20 mA plus 10 Vdc analog outputs, isolated, linearized and scaled to display. Serial I/O option: Isolated RS-232 or multipoint RS-485.
